I had a lot of issues going on with my car, and the team at West End Auto Works took amazing care of me from start to finish. Great shop! I came here this year for inspection and had a very good experience. The staff were friendly, efficient, and easy to communicate with. They topped up my washer fluid for free and also fixed a screen display issue without extra charge. Fair pricing and trustworthy service. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience at West End Auto Works. From start to finish, the team was easy to work with and very transparent. Niko was great at explaining everything clearly, Petros runs a solid shop, and John the service advisor made the whole process smooth and stress free.

Pricing was honest and upfront, which I really appreciated, and the 2-year/24,000-mile warranty gave me a lot of confidence in the work. Customer service was top-notch overall. They also offer a free shuttle, which was a big help, and my car was even washed and vacuumed when I picked it up after being there more than a day. That extra attention to detail really stood out.

It’s rare to find an auto shop you genuinely trust, but West End Auto Works has earned it. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to friends and family.

I can’t say enough good things about this auto shop. From start to finish, they were honest, trustworthy, and incredibly flexible, which is hard to find these days. I found West End Auto to be the Best auto repair I’ve encountered in a Very Long time.

I had been browsing over their reviews for a while and thought to myself Nobody can rank as high as I had been reading. With that in mind I thought I’d continue to look and check out the reviews on other places. However, I Kept going back to West End, it was ad if my Inner Spirit was trying to make me Know that they were the Best Place for me.

I finally bit the bullet and called to see if I could get an over the phone estimate go my 2016 RAV4. I spoke to John and he was So kind while providing the information I was asking for. Even though I had told him that I had gone elsewhere and wanted somewhat of a second opinion, he gave it to me just the same. He informed me that they do Free Multi checks and he could better serve me if I were to come in. After talking to him, I asked if I needed an appointment to come in and suggested that I should make one so he could get to me right away.

I made the appointment for the next day. Upon walking in I was Greeted by John whom I’d already spoken to and I met Niko as well, as well as Petros and another Gentleman whose name escapes me now. I explained that I had taken my car to the dealership and they wanted to charge me $816 Just to do the upper and lower radiator hoses in mu car. He couldn’t believe what I was saying but certainly agreed that that price, just for 2 hoses, was ridiculous. Everyone was SO KIND. The reviews were indeed factual in that aspect.

So after getting a little information from me I reminded John that I also had another appointment with another shop for their estimate as well AND that they had already given me an estimate. At that point John informed me that they do an extensive check to make sure there’s no other problems that needs to be addressed, absolutely Free. In ADDITION to the Free “Inspection” they offered a 2yr/24,000 Warranty.

I knew at that point God had put them on my path in terms of what was BEST for me. So with All settled Niko took me home. I was later sent a Report informing me of what their Inspection found and I gave them the go ahead to start the work.

A few hours later, Sooner than I had anticipated, John called to inform me that my vehicle was ready and that if I was ready, Niko would come back to o pick me up.

Now if you Knew Me, and knew how hard I am on anybody who takes my money for a Service, you would Know I don’t Stand for just any ole “patchwork”. These Guys ARE PHENOMENAL and I Will NEVER go Any place else to have repairs done on my car. They Never once treated me like anything other than like Family And that’s just how I felt… Like Family. Although this was my FRST Encounter with them, I felt as though I’d been using them for YEARS. And yes, I know this All sounds too good to be true, I thought the Same thing, but now I Know it’s TRUE!

If you’ve Never tried them before because YOU were unsure NOW YOU KNOW. There’s No way you’ll be Disappointed!

Thanks John, Niko, Petros, and the very nice Guy that stopped eating his breakfast/lunch to come to the front to introduce himself to me. You’re ALL Quite Phenomenal.
