Great experience with West End Auto Works. The team is professional, friendly, and takes the time to explain what your vehicle actually needs without making you feel pressured into unnecessary repairs. They got my 2023 Chevy Suburban in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. It’s clear they take pride in their work and care about doing the job right. I’d definitely recommend West End Auto Works to anyone looking for a trustworthy auto repair shop in Houston.

I highly recommend West End Auto! I was having trouble finding someone who could get my vehicle in quickly. After another mechanic wasted my time and never called me back, I found West End Auto and they were able to take my vehicle the same day. They ordered the parts, got the repair done quickly, and made the whole process simple and stress free. I really appreciate the quick service and reliability. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I had been going to the same mechanic for six or seven years, but something told me to get a second opinion on my malfunctioning AC, and I am so glad I did. Nico, Oscar, and the rest of the team were kind, prompt, efficient, and communicative throughout the entire process. They explained what was happening, kept me informed, and made me feel genuinely taken care of. The service included everything you hope to find in a mechanic shop: professionalism, courtesy, good communication, and quality work. They have absolutely earned a new returning customer. I highly recommend them!
