Great shop! I came here this year for inspection and had a very good experience. The staff were friendly, efficient, and easy to communicate with. They topped up my washer fluid for free and also fixed a screen display issue without extra charge. Fair pricing and trustworthy service. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience at West End Auto Works. From start to finish, the team was easy to work with and very transparent. Niko was great at explaining everything clearly, Petros runs a solid shop, and John the service advisor made the whole process smooth and stress free.
Pricing was honest and upfront, which I really appreciated, and the 2-year/24,000-mile warranty gave me a lot of confidence in the work. Customer service was top-notch overall. They also offer a free shuttle, which was a big help, and my car was even washed and vacuumed when I picked it up after being there more than a day. That extra attention to detail really stood out.
It’s rare to find an auto shop you genuinely trust, but West End Auto Works has earned it. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to friends and family.
